It was luckily that we met Hear and Navuth as a tour guide when we were in Siem Reap for a three days tour to Angkor Wat. I and my wife were very excited and we were very satisfied with our trip. Navuth was very knowledgeable and covered everything in good detail. He was very friendly and easy to be with. His use of English was very good.
Hear as a manager and drives a car for us, provided exceptional (better than excellent) service. He was very knowledgeable and added much additional information. He had a great sense of humor and a warm laugh.
They both asked us what our preferences were. They changed the itinerary to show us a better selection of Temples. They made us feel that we were all friends. Great Hospitality!!
We were tired after 13 days in Vietnam, but they gave us new ENERGY!! Great dance show! We also thanks for dinner!!

When we decided to visit Siam Reap, we were looking for a travel agent, who could arrange all the physical arrangements at Siem reap. My wife and I are senior citizens and wanted someone to arrange our itinerary as per our convenience. The local travel agents in Singapore offered us a standard tour, which was not to our liking. We also found the prices quoted by them little on higher side. During internet search, I found Angkor Trek tours and wrote an e-mail to them. I was surprised to receive a straight forward reply from Mr. Hear Bunla and instantly took a liking for him. He answered all my queries and also offered me an itinerary which suited best to us and our pockets.
At the airport, Mr. Bunla himself received us and took us to the hotel and saw personally that we were comfortable. For next three days he personally drove us around to all the places we wanted to see, recommended good eateries, where we could get genuine Khmer food and gave up lot of tips about places to visit, cold water and fresheners whenever we came back from hot sun. During drives, I discussed many things about Cambodia with him and it was a pleasure to talk to him.

We highly recommend Angkor Trek Tours and their team! We stayed in Siem Reap for 4 days and we enjoyed everyday of it. We have traveled to many places in South East Asia with guides and Munny was really a breath of fresh air. He is not a normal Guide. His knowledge about the History & Culture of Cambodia is excellent and not forgetting his command of the English Language. With a good sense of humour and a good understanding of other countries culture and preferences, he is able to quickly understand and meet our peculiar demands throughout the trip. We are food lovers and always stress to our guides that we wants the best local food (not necessary expensive) and his recommendations was superb. Just the type of food we wanted and more. I would like to thank Angkor Trek Tours for its excellent service! I and my two other nieces immediately felt at home with the tour guide from our first meeting at the airport. They responded promptly to my emails and was able to arrange whatever tour I was looking for. Bunla, a guide command of English was excellent, and combined with his good humor and very friendly nature; I knew I was with a fantastic tour guide. The Angkor Trek Tours had arranged to pick me up at the airport & the guide was with me until the day he dropped me off. He was a very funny guy who has a vast amount of information for his guests. I was able to see parts of Siem Reap that would have otherwise been impossible for anyone without his knowledge. During my 3 and half days with him I was able to see some of the most beautiful country side and people in the world! I would most certainly recommend anyone to visit Cambodia. It is one of the most magical spots anywhere in the world! The people of the country are so very gracious and generous!!! I would most certainly return for another visit. My recent trip to Siem Reap (21 – 24 January 2009) was indeed an enjoyable one. The temples were magnificent and Angkor Trek Tours that I engaged for the duration of my holiday in Siem Reap gave good advice and helped me plan the itinerary for my travel companion. I just came back from Siam Reap and would like to recommend an excellent Tour Service I had. It name is Angkor Trek Tours and we were 8 persons in the group, used this services for 4 days. The tour guide, Mr. Sichhioy speaks English very fluent, told us a lot of detail about temple histories and we are very excited! He guided us very safely and is a great guide thru Angkor and all surrounding areas. We especially loved the real Khmer restaurant that he took us to. No one there spoke English, so we would have very hard time to order anything without tour guide. We had a great feast for a fraction of the prices in town. The guide knew where to go best at what time of day, but also always considered what we would like to see the most. You can just let tour guide plan your day at breakfast and relax as he will give you an excellent service, explain about temples, stop at good spots to eat along the way. He works hard, is courteous, does not take advantage of you not knowing your way around. Make sure to tip him well at the end of your trip because he really deserves it.

I highly recommend Angkor Trek Tours. We visited Siem Reap in December of 2009 and were fortunate enough to book Angkor Trek Tours services prior to leaving the Singapore. We used services for three days with two days to visit the Temples and one day of sight seeing. Everywhere that Savien guide us was great, but the best part is his attitude. At no time did we ever feel pushed or that we were out of control. And his restaurant connections are great! Upon leaving Siem Reap and traveling to Phnom Penh Savien, through his Angkor Trek Tours also made arrangements with a partner named Solim to pick us at the bus station. This helped us a lot because we then had a connection we felt we could trust in Phnom Penh. I will definitely use this service when I return to Cambodia!
